The King Ranch Home Owners Association is required to supply documents which are recorded and on file with the Missoula County Clerk & Recorder/Treasurer in Missoula, Montana. These documents include such items as the Phase I Plat, the Phase II and III Plat, our Covenants, Guidelines, Bylaws, and current liens.
